REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

There is always a high level of interest in our properties and so before we proceed with arranging a viewing, we ask all prospective tenants to register with our preferred referencing agent, Canopy and to create a RentPassport™.

RentPassport™ helps us to find suitable tenants by verifying things like employment status, income details, previous rent payments and credit history overview. It can also help prospective tenants by providing them acess to their credit file, rent affordability calculations, and to sign up to improve their credit score using past and future rent payments. 

There is no fee to undergo tenant screening and Canopy is recognised by us and many other landlords/agents.
